Yes we are! We are fully licensed by MOH.
Do you see only babies/children?
No! We see patients of all age groups including adults too.

Yes we do bring medications for our acute consultations.
Will I be given an official receipt after consult?
Yes, similar to a physical clinic, we will provide an itemised bill and receipt.

Will you conduct general examination as well during jaundice consultation?
Yes, we will examine baby and advise on general care and feeding as well.
Will you measure baby’s weight and height during consults?
Yes, we are equipped with medical grade weight and height scale.
I was seen in the polyclinic/paediatrician for my vaccinations already, can I still engage you for the next vaccinations?

Will you provide me with medications for post-vaccination fever?
Yes, paracetamol will be provided.
Acute & Chronic Home Visit
What conditions do you see at home?
We see all primary care conditions such as fever, cough, runny nose, diarrhoea, vomiting, injuries such as falls, cuts or burns and more for acute conditions. We can manage chronic conditions such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema as well as hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes for adults too.
Do you do blood test at home?
Yes we do.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours throughout the year. (Depending on Dr's availability)
I am not sure if I need to bring my child to the A&E, can you help?
Yes, we can do a home consultation to assess your child and advise if a visit to the A&E is warranted.
