Jaundice
Management
Neonatal jaundice is a common condition in up to 85% of babies. Unmonitored jaundice can cause irreversible brain injury and therefore, it is important to identify those babies at risk and manage them early. At Babysteps Medical, we provide non-invasive jaundice screening via a probe gently touching the skin and via blood sample from a heel prick if necessary. We coordinate and provide home phototherapy treatment too.
